The gitea_url top-level key in .pm/board.yaml replaces the .pm/gitea-url marker file; pm-board and its task runner read config only from the config file now (no backwards compatibility).

Status
Design phase. The dreaming pipeline's Jev backend needs a
TYPESAFE_API_KEY (early access); the reference client has an LLM-shim
backend so the interface can be exercised meanwhile.
