Atomic predicate: docker packaging and related frontend/net test files from a55a3f6 land on eros/curltastic main after PR #3.

PR #3 merged the board.yaml hop (5877bd3) without this commit. Cherry-picked a55a3f6 onto eros main as 32e9d4e.

Files: .dockerignore, .gitignore, Dockerfile, REQUIREMENTS.md (deleted), docker/README.md, docker/nginx.conf, frontend/src/game.test.ts, frontend/src/game.ts, frontend/src/net.test.ts, frontend/src/net.ts

Net: +274 / -4

Verified: fetched eros/curltastic from :3001; eros3001/main..HEAD is this commit only. Pushed swengineer:docker-changes. Did not merge. Did not start the product server.

Refused: pushing to eros/* (fork hop only).
